We are a Boutique Destination Management Company specialized in Event Design, Management and Tailor-Made travel experiences throughout Argentina and Uruguay.

With over 20 years of experience and a proven portfolio of outstanding events, we can offer our clients unique proposals featuring a whole host of alternative options to suit any budget and style, with the guarantee of solid knowledge, successful itinerary design as well as a seamless execution of each event. Whether it is an Incentive, Meeting or a Special programme, our objective is to exceed our client’s expectations from the start to the end.

Company mission

Passion for Events DMC was created to produce inspirational events with moments of optimism and happiness, making each trip meaningful. Our mission is to feature the true Argentina and Uruguay, highlighting the culture, values, gastronomy and traditions. For us, communication, attention to detail and quality are part of our Bible.

We only work with the best and most reliable local partners to deliver international-standard services. Our itineraries and proposals are not set, we tailor make every request according to the end client to ensure we match each experience to the nature of the audience.

Financial Event Security Measures

Passion for Events DMC Argentina complies with all the mandatory and relevant insurances that are required by law to provide assurance and guarantee to all our confirmed programs. Additionally to this, we select an extra an annual insurance to cover individual and business events. In each project, we make sure that all our insurance policies, offer coverage for our employees, clients and partners. A Risk and Management plan is set up with each individual business project where we have included COVID-19. A financial letter from our Bank is available to provide information of the financial stability of Passion for Events DMC – this is to reinforce trust and stability in the whole process of managing any event. Letters from our vendors such as hotels and suppliers are also available to give faith of our business conduct and ethic through all these years of healthy operations.
