I run an annual international medical educational meeting in Cape Town called “Cardiology, Diabetes and Nephrology at the Limits”. The meeting attracts over 300 delegates to South Africa from over 27 countries worldwide. All the logistics are organised and run by Walthers to which they have been doing for over 17 years. The Company is fully insured through Lloyds of London with Comprehensive Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance, as well as having documented supplier Due Diligence and Professional Emergency Response Procedures in place.
We offer Free Medical Evacuation including air evacuation to the nearest medical facility for any client of ours. Risk Assessment conducted for every event if required.
