French Factor is a financially sound and professionally managed event agency operating under French law. We are fully insured, with comprehensive coverage that includes Employer’s Liability, Public Liability, and Professional Indemnity. Copies of our insurance certificates can be provided upon request.
We place the highest importance on safety, compliance, and risk management. Each event is subject to thorough risk assessment procedures and strict adherence to health and safety regulations. We also carry out regular evaluations of our suppliers to ensure they meet our standards of quality, reliability, and ethical practices— guaranteeing peace of mind for both you and your guests.
We are part of the Association Professionelle de Solidarité du Tourisme (APST), which guarantees the payment made by any customers, in case of default of one of its members.
